AZnDOC is a health app project built for one person in particular: you. Find the right doctor, keep your history in one place, prepare for appointments, follow your treatment. The project is at prototype stage today, which is precisely when your opinion matters most.
The prototype is a visual demonstration only: nothing is entered, sent or stored in it.

Three parts already drawn, and a fourth still to come. All follow the same thread: supporting you before, during and after your appointments.
Find your way
Search for a doctor or a facility near you using public data: specialty, fee arrangements, accessibility, languages spoken.
Gather and retrieve
A personal health record: history, treatments, documents, imaging. Your information in one place, rather than scattered across drawers and inboxes.
Prepare and follow up
Put into words what you want to tell your doctor before you walk in. Then, after the appointment, find your treatment details and dosage reminders.
What about artificial intelligence?
Under development
A conversational AI that responds by citing its sources is part of the project. It will be available in the final version of the project.
AZnDOC is in no way a substitute for seeing a doctor: we are here to support you. Integrating artificial intelligence into healthcare entails a long and costly regulatory certification process, and ours will be designed to provide you with maximum support without ever replacing a real doctor.

France’s national health record. This is not a question of adoption. It is a question of role.
